About me
Angelica Trejo, M.A.T, is a Technical Assistance and Training Specialist for Start Early. She partners with early childhood professionals, supports engagement efforts within center-based sites, and is a Parents as Teachers Virtual Foundational and Model Implementation Certified Trainer. Before this role, Angie worked as a service coordinator and developmental therapist within the Illinois Early Intervention Program. Most recently she worked with Head Start, and Early Head Start programs as an education/disabilities coordinator and home-based program manager. Some of her areas of interest include support for diverse learners, parent and child relationships, and infant mental health.
